 Care Services

24 Hour Care:

24 hour care involves multiple care providers covering rotating hourly shifts. This level of care is available to those requiring constant physical assistance and/or close monitoring and supervision throughout the day and night. These services can be provided on a short- or long-term basis and clients can reduce coverage as their condition improves.

This level of care is often provided for clients requiring 24 hour supervision due to cognitive impairment. Referred care providers can assist in any care setting, including the home, hospital, nursing facility, assisted living community, etc.

At Home Care

The at home care option may be appropriate for clients that require assistance during the day, but have minimal to no care needs at night. Clients and their loved ones take comfort in knowing someone is in the home should an emergency arise or circumstances call for someone’s help. A general schedule including reasonable breaks and rest should also be discussed and agreed upon between client/family and care provider(s).

Care providers can assist with:

  • Transferring in/out of bed, shower, chair

  • Walking

  • Bathing

  • Dressing

  • Toileting & Continence Care

  • Med Reminders

  • Meal Preparation

  • Light Cleaning

  • And more…
